The Korea Aikido Association will host an international seminar with Master Umetsu Sho this coming June at the Jongno YMCA.
This is a rare opportunity to receive direct instruction from a World Headquarters (AIKIKAI) instructor, and it is expected to be a valuable chance for practitioners in Korea to check an important standard for their training.
Master Umetsu Sho is known as an instructor who emphasizes training centered on fundamental principles and flow, and his teaching style — which values “connection” and “state” over individual technique — has had a deep impact on many practitioners.
This seminar will go beyond simply passing on techniques, offering training that lets participants physically confirm the structure and flow behind movement.
